Hello, I’m Tanya and I’m a proud mother. I worked as a preschool teacher for 30 plus years in New York, Israel and Ukraine. Last year I have moved to New York City. Now I am looking to find a great family I can help and care for.
I have an extensive experience working with children from six months to six years. I specialize in overall child education and development as well as planning of individual lessons and programs with various educational games and activities.
I’m fluent in
English, Russian & Hebrew
Children learn fast but it’s difficult to make any language stick especially if your child is surrounded by mostly English speakers. I can tutor and teach your child Hebrew language or Russian language and continue practicing it on a daily basis.
I am also certified in Judaic studies as well as Hebrew traditions and culture.

Conduct indoors and outdoors physical activities.
Conduct speech learning activities, nature, mathematics and art education.
Pick your child up from school or take to after-school activity.
Conduct daily outside activities, explorations and games.
Conduct various activities based on Hebrew holidays throughout the year.
Teach Friday activities (Kabbalat Shabbat) including traditional games and music.

Tanya worked alongside a co-teacher to develop and implement curriculum for a Nursery classroom of children ages two-three years old. She is a loving caregiver of her students and was constantly engaging them in play, songs, movement, art and other activities.
